I'm E, a recent transplant from Abu Dhabi (and the Philippines).
Initially, I blogged because it was cathartic. Ma emo-feels ako noon e about anything and everything. Then in 2010, I discovered Pinoy photo, travel and personal blogs and I ended up reading them all and wanting to try everything out. I realized at 25, (heartbroken, unemployed, still living at home and needing permission at every turn) that there's this whole world waiting to be explored, people to be met and experiences to enjoy! All you have to do is click on a random travel/food/ etc. post, then get yourself out there (even if you're alone) and have the guts to try it out!
So. here I am 9+ years after and still sharing my journey with everyone and anyone who may find it helpful to plan or start their own. Everything is a work in progress my friends, but it gave me the push and will I needed to get started. Dati, the most courageous I've been was to go on my own in Manila and join Carlos Celdran's walking tour, but now?
